British delicacies - the Austrian answer

Today I was working in the kitchen preparing a nice surprise for my friends tomorrow. Since I'm so fortunate to have someone introducing British cuisine to me I thought I might as well respond and make something nice and Austrian... What it is? Surprise!
I hope that all of the gang have time after the exam tomorrow to have some at the Cooler...
