The hunt ends - status: room secured

On Monday I finally signed my tenancy agreement - and paid the 250 Pounds deposit.
The house hunt is over and I've got a place to live for the next year now - and maybe even with Japanese flatmates (as might be arranged for me). So from June on I'll have "St. Andrew's Gardens" in my address...
