The hunt is coming to an end

At lunchbreak today I went to St. Andrew's Gardens to request my tenancy agreement for next year. It should come through this or next week. When the caretaker who I gave my request form to looked at its 'special requests' section and saw my 'would like to live with Japanese if possible' he told me that it probably could be arranged. Wouldn't that just be cool?!
Anyway, I can hardly wait to get my tenancy agreement signed as it seems to be a really nice place!
