Kaiserschmarrn

Although being really quite busy today I took some time for cooking. I really like it, first making a list of ingredients you need, then going out for some shopping, then the preparation itself and afterwards relishing it...
The dish I cooked this time is Kaiserschmarrn, a traditional Austrian pancake dish which is scrambled pancake sprinkled with icing sugar and served with some compote. And, believe it or not, the first person to have ever eaten Kaiserschmarrn was the emperor of Austria...
